Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles in the power industry.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified professionals across functions such as engineering, operations, project management, and field services.
- Facilitate interviews, assessments, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner with department heads, project leads, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability data.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business/project objectives.
- Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Use a combination of sourcing tools including job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), internal databases, and industry-specific networks.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future projects.
- Leverage recruitment agencies and third-party vendors when necessary, managing relationships and evaluating performance.
- Candidate Assessment & Experience
- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage feedback loops, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding engagement to reduce dropouts.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and industry standards.
- Track and analyze key hiring data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the power, renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and recruitment challenges specific to the energy domain.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other advanced methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, and reporting tools.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in fast-paced project-based environments.
- Exposure to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives
