Sales Executive/Sr. Executive Sales-Retail

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our construction chemical products across Surat .The candidate should be familiar with the regional market and have good connections within the building and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, applicators, builders, and dealers.
  
• Promote and sell products like admixtures, waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, repair mortars, and flooring systems.
  
• Conduct site visits and product demos to support application and build customer trust.
  
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
  
• Develop and manage relationships with key influencers architects, consultants, and engineers.
  
• Coordinate with the technical team for on-site support and problem-solving.
  
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
  
• Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and timely collection of payments.
  
• Maintain customer data and sales progress using CRM tools.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or any related field (preferred).
  
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in construction chemicals or building materials.
  
• Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.
  
• Knowledge of local construction practices and market dynamics.
