Human Resource Executive

End-to-end payroll processing through Spine Pay Pack.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary structures.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour welfare fund.
• Generate monthly reports and MIS.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, induction/orientation, onboarding.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring high employee satisfaction
• Maintaining personal files of employees, manage employee database and documentation.

• To do background check and Police Verification of employees.
  • Keep updated with changes in labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Should have knowledge of factory compliances and Licenses such as under Factories Act, BMC 390 (Permit), BMC 394 (Storage), MPCB, Shops & Establishment Act.
• Should have the knowledge of filling timely returns under the various Labour Laws.
• Should have knowledge of coordinating Safety Audit, Medical Checkup FORM 7, formation of various committees under various Labour Acts, such as POSH, Safety Committee, Canteen Committee, Environment committee, Grievance Committee, etc
• Should have through knowledge of PMS and writing JD for each position.
• Should co-ordinate with Govt Agencies for various inspections such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF etc.
• Should know the calculation of Income Tax.
• Should coordinate with external Trainer for various Training prog for the employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree + MBA in HR.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Should have thorough knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Strong understanding of payroll and labour law compliance.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
