About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Healthcare domain team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong programming abilities, hands-on experience in RPA development, and the leadership capability to manage a team of developers in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of RPA and automation projects end-to-end
• Guide and manage a team of 4 to 6 developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Contribute to project planning, solution design, and architecture
• Review code, design documents, and workflows to ensure best practices and standards
• Participate in client discussions, demos, and solution presentations
• Ensure consistent technical excellence across all project phases

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Java, .Net, C/C++, Python or any modern language
• 2+ years of hands-on RPA workflow development using any RPA tool (e.g., AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Solid understanding of Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Services

Must-Have Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience leading a team of 4 to 6 developers
• Ability to take ownership, delegate effectively, and deliver under deadlines

Good to Have:

• Exposure to multiple RPA tools
• Experience in Healthcare domain

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
