Frontend Developer - React.js/Next.js (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- UI Design & Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for complex web applications primarily using React and Next.js.

- Code Quality : Write robust, maintainable, and well-documented code, primarily in TypeScript, adhering to best practices and

coding standards.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and other

stakeholders to translate design mockups and business requirements into exceptional user experiences.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across various devices and browsers, ensuring a smooth and efficient user journey.

- API Integration : Seamlessly integrate front-end components with backend APIs, ensuring reliable data flow and robust functionality.

- Code Review & Standards : Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural best practices.

- Debugging & Issue Resolution : Debug and resolve complex issues related to front-end functionality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility efficiently.

- Architectural Contribution : Contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end architecture, development processes, and tooling, driving innovation within the team.

- Cloud Environment Interaction : Work with cloud environments, specifically understanding and leveraging Azure for front-end deployment and related services.

- Database Integration Collaboration : Collaborate with teams on database integration aspects, particularly when interacting with data from MongoDB.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- Experience : At least 2 years of dedicated experience as a Frontend Developer.

Hands-on Proficiency (Mandatory) :

- React : Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and state management libraries.

- Next.js : Strong practical experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), routing, and API routes.

- TypeScript : Solid expertise in TypeScript for building robust, type-safe, and scalable front-end applications.

- HTML5 & CSS3 : Strong command of modern HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles, flexbox, grid, and experience with CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) or CSS pre-processors (Sass/Less).

- JavaScript : Deep understanding of core JavaScript (ES6+ concepts), asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await), and efficient DOM manipulation.

- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
