Job Summary

The HR & Admin Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of the HR and Administration departments. This role involves managing complex assignments that significantly impact service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and training qualification renewal.

Functional Responsibilities HR Dept.

- Formulation and Implementation of strategic HR plans

- Formulation, implementation and periodic evaluation of KPIs and KRAs (Preferred)

- Analytics and reporting

- Planning and preparation of departmental budget considering manpower requirement, recruitment cost, staff cost, attrition cost etc.

- Responsible for all HR Legal related activities like appointments, transfers, discharge, signing of vendor contract/agreement, establishing contracts, etc.

- Addressing employee grievances

- HR forecasting

- Manpower planning and forecasting

- Departmental budgeting

Functional Responsibilities Administration Dept.

- Formulation and Implementation of administration policies

- Formulation of facility maintenance plan and related documentation process

- Administrative oversight

- Departmental budgeting

- Compliance and Risk management for the facility (viz. electrical provisions, fire & safety, elevator operations, CCTV system, etc.)

- Approving vendors/suppliers and contract finalization for facility maintenance, services and purchase of stationery, printing, office equipment, housekeeping stores, car hire services, travel assistance, telecommunication services, health check-up services, etc.

- Conduct department audit on regular intervals
