AWC Software - ServiceNow HRSD Developer (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with a strong background in requirement gathering, design workshops, and technical solutioning. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Service Now's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite and demonstrate the ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders and business users.

- Conduct design and solution workshops to finalize HRSD module configurations and customizations.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging HRSD best practices.

- Configure and implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and other HRSD features.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and solution design documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams (platform, ITSM, security, etc.) for integrations.

- Support UAT, deployments, and provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.

- Proven experience in conducting workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design.

- Hands-on experience with configuring HR Case types, templates, COEs, lifecycle events, and employee workflows.

- Familiarity with scoped applications, Flow Designer, and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP, MID Server).

- ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or CSM is a plus.

- Knowledge of data security, access controls, and compliance in ServiceNow
