Associate Developer

This position is responsible for maintaining Finance Calculations and Enterprise Datawarehouse systems including oversee of the development team and support activities. The individual engages with Finance business and IT teams to define, prioritize, and implement functional enhancements and operational changes in the Enterprise Finance Architecture.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Coordinates technical development activities across onshore and offshore teams and ensures high-quality work products that meet the business requirements.
• Acts as the IT subject matter expert (SME) for given applications.
• Should perform Application Developer duties when required.
• Estimate work requests at various levels with confidence.
• Provide inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement etc.
• Support resolution of defects during application testing phases.
• Builds and maintains relationships with business teams.
• Review plan and provide feedback on gaps, timeline, and execution feasibility.
• Participate in KT sessions conducted by business teams and provide feedback on requirements.
• Maintain working relationships with business users, developers, and the application support team.

You will report to the Technical Lead.
