AEM Content & Experience Optimization

• Drive enhancements in content management, workflows, and personalization to maximize AEM potential.
• Oversee AEM integrations with analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation platforms.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics, Target, or similar tools to measure engagement and optimize user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and data analysis tools.
• Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs, behaviour, and market dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
