Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial products.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in BFSI industry (preferably HL & Affordable Housing).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
- Strong understanding of home loans/mortgage loans/housing finance/loan against property products sourcing through developers and connectors.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers/channel partners/distributors.
- good hands-on experience in Home Loans for handling and managing Developers / Connectors / Market.
