Immediate hiring Staff Accountant- US-based MNC (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

As our Staff Accountant, you'll support bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting for a portfolio of small business clients. This is a client-facing position that requires clear communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Process payroll using SurePayroll
• Assist with the preparation of individual and business tax returns
• Support creation of monthly or quarterly financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Clean up financial records and maintain an accurate chart of accounts
• Answer client questions with clarity and professionalism
• Collaborate with CFOs and tax teams for accurate financial delivery

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Experience with SurePayroll or willingness to learn
• Understanding of small business and individual tax basics
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• QuickBooks Certified preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused
