Sharepoint Developer - SPFx/Power Automate (3-5 yrs)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with over 3 years of experience in building and customizing enterprise-level SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), client-side scripting, and integration with Microsoft cloud services. This role requires a strong understanding of modern UI frameworks, API integrations, and document management best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Utilize APIs to create and enhance custom integrations and solutions.

- Integrate SharePoint with Power BI, including embedding Power BI tiles and reports.

- Build and manage large-scale SharePoint document libraries with proper structure and metadata tagging.

- Implement and support Out of the Box SharePoint features, access controls, and site configurations.

- Leverage third-party tools and applications to extend SharePoint capabilities.

- Develop user-friendly and responsive interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Work with other Microsoft Cloud Services (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps, Microsoft Teams) for seamless integration.

- Utilize SharePoint Designer for workflows and customization when needed.

- Follow and promote a structured Service Delivery Methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in SharePoint development, with a focus on both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Angular, and ASP.NET.

- Strong knowledge of .NET Frameworks, C#, and SQL Server.

- Experience with JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, and Web Services.

- Familiarity with access management, site collections, and governance in SharePoint environments.

- Hands-on experience with integrating third-party tools and services into SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Understanding of information architecture and user experience best practices.
