Sharepoint Developer (5-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking skilled SharePoint Syntex Developers to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on SharePoint Syntex, Microsofts AI-powered content understanding and automation platform, and does not involve traditional SharePoint development. Candidates with strong expertise in SharePoint Syntex development and support will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize solutions using SharePoint Syntex to automate content processing and enhance information management workflows.

- Implement SharePoint Syntex models including content understanding, form processing, and document processing models.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design Syntex solutions that automate content classification, metadata extraction, and document management.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SharePoint Syntex implementations, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

- Work closely with information management teams to design content centers, libraries, and compliance workflows utilizing Syntex capabilities.

- Stay updated on the latest SharePoint Syntex features, best practices, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations.

- Assist in training and knowledge transfer to business users on Syntex usage and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with SharePoint Syntex development and support.

- Strong understanding of content AI models, metadata extraction, and document understanding capabilities within Syntex.

- Hands-on experience with model creation, training, and deployment in SharePoint Syntex.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate for workflow integration.

- Ability to analyze complex content requirements and translate them into automated Syntex solutions.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills specific to SharePoint Syntex environments.

- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
