A highly skilled SharePoint Developer with extensive experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and configuring search on M365 SharePoint Online.

Responsible for developing, customising, and maintaining advanced SharePoint solutions to meet complex business needs.

Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 5+ years.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Notice period : Immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx:.

- Create custom web parts, extensions, and libraries using SPFx.

- Implement client-side solutions using React, Angular, or other JavaScript frameworks.

- Use typeScript for robust and scalable code development.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services into SharePoint solutions.

- Configure and optimize search functionality on M365 SharePoint Online

- Design and implement custom search schemas and managed properties.

- Configure search result sources, query rules, and refiners.

- Develop custom search web parts and extensions using PnP JS and SPFx.

- Optimize search performance and relevance through continuous tuning and. monitoring.

- Design and implement SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows

- Create site collections, subsites, and hub sites with custom branding and navigation.

- Implement document management solutions with metadata, content types, and retention policies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Conduct technical workshops and requirement analysis sessions.

- Create detailed technical specifications and solution architecture documents.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to stakeholders.

- Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data

- Implement role-based access control and permissions management.

- Configure and manage SharePoint Online security settings and compliance features.

- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

- Debug and resolve issues related to SPFx solutions, search configurations, and workflows.

- Utilize tools like Fiddler, SharePoint Online Management Shell, and browser developer tools for troubleshooting.

- Provide timely support and resolution for end-user issues.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

- Create user guides and documentation for custom solutions and configurations.

- Offer ongoing support and assistance to ensure optimal use of SharePoint features.

- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and M365 features and best practices:.

- Participate in SharePoint and M365 community forums and events.

- Continuously learn and adopt new features and technologies in SharePoint and M365.

- Implement best practices for SharePoint development, configuration, and administration.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer.

- Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Strong knowledge of configuring search on M365 SharePoint Online.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other SharePoint tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.

- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
