Group COE - Internship

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Enterprise Excellence team. As an intern, he/she will support various continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing business processes.

He/she will gain hands-on experience in process analysis, project management, and business transformation efforts while contributing to key projects that align with our strategic objectives.

This role will also provide valuable exposure to cross-functional teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
• Work with team members to develop and optimize dashboards using Power BI.
• Conduct research and benchmark industry best practices to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders on project status, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Provide administrative support to the Enterprise Excellence team as needed.
• Create and maintain performance metrics and data visualizations.
• Support process documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks through analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A degree in Industrial / Computer Science / Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
