Job Description : SAP PP/MRP Expert ARC Team

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

- Provide timely and high quality resolution of complex and critical customer issues related to SAP Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOM), and Planned Independent

Requirements (PIR) :

- Conduct in depth root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting planning processes, order management, material availability, and manufacturing workflows.

- Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and cross functional engineering teams to drive fast track solutions for high priority incidents.

- Support customers running on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring planning systems are optimized for performance, stability, and accuracy.

- Contribute to knowledge management by authoring high quality knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting guides specific to the PP and MRP domain.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, identifying process gaps, and proposing enhancements or automation opportunities.

- Engage in 24x7 support rotations to meet premium customer expectations for critical issue resolution.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers, including executive level engagements, to build trust and ensure transparency throughout the support process.

WHAT YOU BRING :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP PP/MM or related technical support roles with a focus on MRP runs, BOM management, routing, work centers, and PIR configurations.

- Solid understanding of SAP system architecture, cross module integrations (especially with MM, SD, and WM), and planning relevant master data.

- Hands on experience in ABAP debugging to trace errors and interpret logic within planning programs and user exits.

- Proficiency in handling issues related to order planning, capacity evaluation, procurement proposals, and

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer centric and solution oriented mindset.

- Experience working in customer support, solution engineering, or SAP implementation environments.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud based SAP solutions is a strong plus.
