Brillio - Senior Business Consultant - Infrastructure Presales (6-7 yrs)

Job Title: Senior Business Consultant - Infrastructure Presales Experience: 6 to 7 Years Location: Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Consultant to support our Infrastructure Presales efforts.

The role involves working closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling infrastructure solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and engage with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored technology proposals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead presales activities for infrastructure opportunities (datacenter, cloud, end-user computing, network, security, ITSM, etc.

Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand business drivers, and position appropriate solutions.

Create customized solution proposals, effort estimates, pricing models, and high-quality response documents (RFP/RFI/proposals).

Conduct client presentations, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM's , Delivery, Vertical , COE Leads) to ensure solution viability and alignment.

Develop reusable assets like solution templates, pitch decks, and case studies.

Perform competitive analysis and contribute to "Price to Win" strategies.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure services.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure services across Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Data Center, End-User Services, Network, and IT Security.

Proven experience in presales, solutioning, and proposal development.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for effort estimation, pricing, financial models) and PowerPoint (for building client-facing presentations and proposals).

Good grasp of ITIL, Service Management, and automation trends.

Ability to build high-impact client presentations and solution documents.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.

Preferred Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

Familiarity with infrastructure transformation, AIOps, or managed services models.

Certifications preferred: ITIL v4, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

MBA preferred from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes.
