Business Analyst

Business and Project Performance Analysis

- Evaluate and analyze the performance of various business units and real estate projects.

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance trends.

Revenue and Cost Analysis

- Analyze revenue sources, cost drivers, and profitability margins.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.

- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Operational Gap Analysis and Process Improvement

- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to established processes and drive the implementation of new processes.

- Conduct process flow mapping.

Financial Modeling and Forecasting

- Build financial models for project feasibility, investment analysis, and business planning.

- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and budgets.

Stakeholder Management

- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

- Develop and present clear and concise reports and presentations to senior management.

Key Requirements

- Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) from a reputed institute.

Professional Experience:

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a business analyst or financial analyst role.

- Real estate industry experience is a significant value addition.

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).

- Experience with financial analysis software and ERP systems.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Ability to use SQL for data extraction is a plus.
