CAMS is a platform-based service provider for Mutual Funds, Insurance companies, Banks, NBFCs. It also offers IT services through its 100% subsidiary, Sterling Software Pvt. Ltd (SSPL) renowned for IT Products powering Mutual Fund Industry in India. The Companys products are used extensively by Asset management companies, CAMS (Indias leading MF RTA), Distributors. The product range is extensive covering areas of customer acquisition, account set up, transaction processing, customer care services, Commission processing, reconciliations, online services, mobile apps, SMS based services, call centre services. CAMS technology platform and services to Mutual funds are mature and compare with international markets. CAMS Insurance Repository Ltd and CAMS Investor Services Pvt Ltd are two other subsidiaries of CAMS.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about Mutual Fund products or services.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase sales revenue.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update the customer database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide feedback to the customer service team regarding customer concerns or trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate, with previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work.
