We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of IT support, infrastructure, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting technical issues (hardware, software, network).
• Help monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
• Assist in managing IT inventory (e.g., devices, software licenses).
• Document IT processes, procedures, and support cases.
• Perform regular updates and backups under supervision.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Previous internship or project experience in IT (a plus but not required).
