Customer Support Executive

• We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint and determining the cause of the issue
• Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and suggest solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plusExcellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, help desk systems, or customer support tools
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
