Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Extend offers and manage negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry meetups.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or a recruitment-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with HR databases, MS Office, and recruitment analytics.
