Job Description
We have a reputed profile on Upwork and are looking for an experienced bid manager with extensive experience in winning quality projects from Upwork. Someone with a thorough understanding of web and mobile technologies, scoping of requirements, and experience of crafting winning proposals.
- We are hiring Business Development Executive with 2-6 yrs of experience where in candidates must be able to sell our IT Services.
- Identify and evaluate projects on Upwork that fit our screening criteria
- Review the requirement and place proposals
- Respond to messages received on placed proposals and take discovery calls
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery team for the next round of discussion if required
- Build a strong pipeline and win projects, and manage the CRM
- Work in teams, coordinate with managers, marketers and other branches of a business to move leads through the sales cycle Looking for candidate who is responsible for the development of business & building positive relationship Getting business through different channels(Upwork)
- Understanding the projects requirement.
- 2-6 years of experience as a business analyst or in a sales role as a bid manager
- Proven experience and track record of winning quality, high-ticket projects from Upwork
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Experienced in preparing detailed proposal documents and SoW
- Must be comfortable working in US shift
- Flexible work schedule (as per client/project requirement), with WFH
