Senior Analyst - Product Operations & Compliance - Asset Management Advisory - CS + LLB (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary : The Senior Analyst - Product Operations and Compliance will be responsible for undertaking current business operations in the fund space, specifically focusing on undertaking due diligence for private equity transactions, legal document reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for end-to-end process of transactions in the unlisted space, ensuring thorough legal and financial due diligence and KYC checks on the entities.

- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all counterparties, including internal teams, legal advisors, consultants, and third-party service providers.

- Take responsibility for ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the existing Funds.

Key Requirements:

- CS + LLB

- 4-5 years of experience within the financial service.

- Strong understanding of capital markets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
