Job Summary:
Coforge is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and growth-oriented Junior Client Partner to drive strategic client relationships and business expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about sales, relationship management, and business development in the BFS domain.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and relationship builder with the ability to engage at the CXO level, influence strategic decisions, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen client relationships: Act as a trusted partner to client leadership, ensuring sustained engagement and fostering long-term partnerships, navigate complex client environments, building credibility and trust through strategic conversations and proactive account management.
- Drive Business Growth & Sales Expansion: Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to unlock new business opportunities. Leverage industry expertise to position Coforges solutions in a way that aligns with client needs and future roadmaps.
- Collaborate & Execute Growth Strategies: Work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, and consulting to drive opportunities from initiation to closure. Lead negotiations and facilitate discussions to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Strategic Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Align with stakeholders and Coforge to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, driving measurable impact in client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Industry & Market Expertise: Stay ahead of BFS industry trends, technology innovations, and competitive landscapes to offer valuable insights to clients. Use analytics and market intelligence to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges.
Role Competencies:
- Experience: 4-5 years in client engagement, sales, or business development, ideally within the BFS domain.
- Drive & Ambition: A highly motivated and aggressive self-starter, eager to build a successful career in sales.
- Educational Background: MBA from a top-tier Indian business school or experience with a leading consulting organization.
- Strategic Mindset: A forward-thinking professional, passionate about business growth, client relations, and market expansion.
- Should be willing to travel between PUNE, BLR, HYD as needed.
