Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager (RM) at Colive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing
customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and effectively pitch Colives offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into move-ins.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to improve services.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms to close deals effectively.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Keep track of competitors and industry trends to improve Colives offerings.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales conversions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English + Kannada/Telugu/Hindi preferred.
