FUNCTIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Congregate Technologies is looking for FUNCTIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey."Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, logistics requirements, and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional requirements and business needs. Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure the LN ERP system to meet client requirements, with a focus on logistics modules such as supply chain management, warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory management. Customize and enhance system functionalities through configuration, data mapping, and integration with third-party systems. Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and documentation to support system design and configuration changes. Implementation and Deployment: Lead or support the implementation of LN ERP projects, including system setup, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration, and performance optimization. Provide guidance and support to client teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, working closely with client stakeholders to address issues and validate system performance. Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of logistics processes. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to client end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities, best practices, and key processes. Develop training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support user adoption and proficiency. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by sharing expertise, providing mentorship, and promoting self-service resources."
