You will lead a team of quality analysts or inspectors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and products. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality analysts or inspectors. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on quality and excellence. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery. Identify and communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Process Improvement: Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas of concern. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and findings. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance to management. Training and Development: Provide training to team members on quality standards, processes, and tools. Support the professional growth and development of team members. Customer Focus: Collaborate with customer support and product development teams to address customer feedback and issues related to product quality. Audit and Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in external audits and assist in compliance initiatives.
