Manager - Talent Acquisition (Sales Bulk Hiring) - Insurance


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment and business HR delivery for our distribution team. You will be responsible for leading hiring strategies, managing local HR initiatives, and overseeing employee engagement. If you're a strategic thinker with a flair for stakeholder management and strong recruitment expertise, this role is for you.

One of Indias leading companies in the Insurance sector, known for its strong distribution network, vibrant work culture, and focus on employee growth and engagement.


Responsibilities:


- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding


- Developing hiring strategies and job specifications based on evolving business needs


- Extending and negotiating offers while handling all documentation for new hires


- Preparing recruitment materials and posting job openings across various platforms


- Creating recruitment reports and leading employee engagement initiatives at the local level


- Staying updated on employment laws and ensuring full HR policy compliance


Requirements:


- MBA/PG in HR (preferred from a premier institute)


- 4 to 6 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience, including frontline hiring


- Strong understanding of HR policies and employment regulations


- Excellent communication, decision-making, and time management skills


- Experience in strategizing and executing business HR processes


- Ability to independently manage a team and tight recruitment deadlines
