Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - FinTech (18-22 yrs)

We are urgently seeking applications for b position for our client, one of the leading Fintech.

Our client is looking for a very strategic and hands on leader for this Senior Manager Talent Acquisition position to support their aggressive growth plans. This role will partner with business leaders to identify and strategize their short term and long term hiring needs. The person will design and implement networking and sourcing strategies for volume hiring, in addition to niche positions hiring.

NOTE: This is WFO role and the Job Location is Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated innovation, strategy, managed teams in different geographical locations and driven volumes.

Professional Background and Qualifications:

- Possess 18+ years of comprehensive IT Talent Acquisition expertise.

- Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in handling recruitment functions within an Software products organization.

- Should be hands on with strategic approach with keen eye to details.

- Technical hiring products and niche skills in services.

- Experience in managing a team to achieve 500+ onboardings per year.

Summary of Responsibilities -

- Proposing staffing plans to the talent acquisition teams.

- Hire and develop a talent acquisition team.

- Implement new processes and refine existing processes in talent acquisition.

- Independently manage few business critical requisitions.

- Possess an ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within agreed timeline.

- Build and maintain the network of potential candidates pro-actively.

- Collaborate with internal teams.

- Develop a hiring strategy
