Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-impact TA strategy aligned with business growth.
- Manage end-to-end hiring operations across technology, consulting, and product engineering domains.
- Partner with senior leadership (6-7 stakeholders at a time) to drive talent solutions.
- Deliver on high-volume recruitment needs, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Leverage data & analytics to optimize time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and talent pipelines.
- Spearhead diversity hiring initiatives and implement AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Lead change management efforts to enhance TA processes, scalability, and automation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15 years+ of TA experience in a high-growth consulting or client-driven environment.
- Proven ability to hire at scale while maintaining quality in technology and digital transformation hiring.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder & client management within a global matrix structure.
- Deep understanding of engineering recruitment, IT trends, and emerging tech talent needs.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree (technical preferred); Master's in HR/MBA is a plus.
