Responsibilities:
- Lead the ASMs / Sales Executives in the region
- Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region
- Manage relationships with super sellers & vendors of the region
- Drive business development activities of the region
- Conduct marketing activities of the region
- Build a team of efficient Sales Executive in the region
- Take initiative and come up with creative ideas to grow the business
Must Have:
- Proven Track record of meeting or exceeding the sales target
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
- Management Degree from one of the reputed top 25 B-Schools
