About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Interior Design industry, with proven experience in team management, business development, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a leader who is both customer-centric and result-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend necessary action plans
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations
• Organize training sessions and performance reviews for team members
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in team leadership
• Strong understanding of the Interior Design or Home Dcor industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop teams
