Role & responsibilities

1. Requirement for Payroll

• Responsible for Payroll processing in SAP
• FCP Reimbursements as per Company policy
• Various benefits & allowances processing as per company policy
• Payroll Input validation and updating received from location
• Preparation of salary register & summary as per requirement
• Loan & Advances processing
• Full & Final settlements
• Report preparation for Audit
• Co-ordination with HR SPOC sitting in various locations

2. Time & Attendance:-

• Biometric Punching record validation
• Handling ARS machines remotely
• Shift & Roaster mapping
• Leave updation, reconciliation and actuarial as per company policy
• Monthly Attendance check and finalization as per attendance cycle

3. Compliances:-

• PF & ESIC report preparation
• Income Tax validation and challan generation
• P Tax reconciliation
• Bonus & Exgratia reconciliation
• Gratuity payment as per norms

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Preferably advance excel.
• Knowledge of Income Tax rules as per IT rules
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good communication skill & positive attitud
