Role
- Become the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support, responding to technical queries / requirements.
- Troubleshooting application alerts from monitoring tools and performing RCAs
- Liaising with 3rd parties, clients & Diagnal partners
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills; proven ability to work with end users to understand and transform requirements to solutions
- Work on a prioritized task list across multiple clients and complete them in reasonable time.
- Provide hotfixes, alternate workflows and/or additional support on Diagnal products & services to our customers ensuring zero BAU impact.
- Participate in capacity planning, system performance monitoring, resource utilization trends and incident and change management.
- Show initiative and drive in helping build better experience for our customers.
- Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve customer goals.
- Maintain necessary presentation and documentation for technical artifacts
- Be available at different time zones depending on the project
Experience Required
- Excellent command over English language
- 2-4 years of experience troubleshooting technical problems in software products.
- 1-2 years of experience in any one scripting language (Nodejs/Python/Bash)
- Project or real-world experience working on Cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL/Dynamodb/Elasticsearch
- Familiar with working on a project and ticket management platform, preferably Jira
- Flexible team player with a mindset to work with developers and solution architects.
- Ability to explain issues with clarity and execute resolutions in a time-bound fashion.
- Proven experience in a similar role that includes handling clients & internal teams
- Ability to solve problems with in an innovative, creative and structured manner
