• As a Hyperion Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Hyperion Planning applications
• Your role will involve collaborating with finance teams and other stakeholders to optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Development:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial planning and budgeting requirements
• Design and develop Hyperion Planning applications to meet business needs
• Configuration and Customization:Configure Hyperion Planning applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, and forms
• Customize business rules, calculations, and data forms to support planning processes
• Data Integration:Implement data integration processes to load financial data into Hyperion Planning
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Hyperion Planning environment
• Scenario Modeling:Design and implement planning scenarios to support various financial modeling requirements
• Work with finance teams to create what-if scenarios for budgeting and forecasting
• Workflow and Approvals:Configure workflow processes for budget approvals and financial plan submissions
• Ensure compliance with approval hierarchies and business rules
• Reporting and Analysis:Develop financial reports and dashboards using Hyperion Financial Reporting
• Provide end-users with the ability to analyze financial data through Hyperion Smart View
• Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on Hyperion Planning functionalities and best practices
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Hyperion Planning users
• Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance of Hyperion Planning applications for speed and scalability
• Conduct performance testing and implement improvements as needed
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation for Hyperion Planning applications
• Document configuration settings, customizations, and business rules
