Trainer - Cloud Computing

• Provide training to underprivileged youth for employability

• Ensure mobilization, training, and placement for the trainees as per the project guidelines and target groups

• Mobilize, conduct roadshows, outreach activities for drop out unemployed youth from within the community where the center is set up for the training program

• Deliver competency-based instructor-led sessions and ensure quality parameters are met

• Conduct assessment of competence as per required standards

• Demonstrate work skills on-the-job or in a simulated environment

• Network with the industry and tie up for placement opportunities and ensure placement for the youth trained

• Strengthen network and invite Industrial experts for guest lectures

Required Qualification Skills:

• Certified professional in AWS Solution Architect Associate Level or AWS SysOps Admin Associate Level is a must

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer or related position

• Experience in the relevant domain is a must

• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms

• Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training

• Capacity building and training skills

• Fluency in English (both oral and written)

• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills facilitation skills

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Must be familiar with local language
