Job Description

  • Put the organization s talent and human resources strategy into action.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to HR team, management, and other personnel as needed.
  • Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions.
  • Work with department managers to determine for open positions.
  • Ensure and recommend updations in the KRAs for each role and shared with individuals
  • Initiate the formulation and implementation of KPIs in all the departments
  • Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees.
  • Ensure the grievance process followed as per standard process.
  • Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting.
  • Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall organization.
  • Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current.
  • Monitor the payroll process in coordination with Finance Team
  • Initiate the systematic appraisal system and manage the appraisal process (including related decisions and staff counselling) across the levels.
  • Guide the team for the knowledge transfer and handover process during the appointments, long absence, and resignations.
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with respective head.
  • Ensure the employee salaries on par with industry base and local minimum wages involved.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and actively work on result-oriented action plans.
  • Analyze the off boarding of the staff and based on the feedback recommend the action points to the management.
  • Monitor adherence to statutory regulations compliance, policies, and disciplinary issues across the organization.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Post-Graduation in HR or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager for at least 5 years.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization,

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
