Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) analysis.
- Conduct thorough KYC checks on customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze customer data and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent fraud and financial crimes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide expert guidance on KYC procedures and best practices to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends related to KYC.
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with KYC software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong knowledge of financial crimes and fraud prevention techniques.
