📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

🧰 Experience: 7+ years Oracle EBS (11i & R12) technical experience, with strong HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL) expertise.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS R12 solutions for HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL).
• Create & maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Customize Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher/XML, and OAF/ADF pages.
• Build and personalize Oracle Workflow & Advanced Workflow (AME).
• Develop robust PL/SQL: packages, procedures, triggers; tune performance.
• Implement Web ADI, XML, shell scripting, APIs, and interfaces for data integration.
• Lead technical assessments, debugging, system migrations (legacy → R12), and production support.
• Mentor junior developers and document technical specifications and user guides.
• Collaborate with functional EHCM teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Optionally, handle WebServices/SOA integrations.
