• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Provide administrative support for performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other general HR-related matters.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
• Support HR team in organizing company events, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
• Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
