Manager to join our team and drive data driven decision-making across HR functions.
What will you be doing:
- Act as a key architect & driver of digital initiatives aimed at reengineering legacy global HR processes and build scalable AI-powered capabilities
- Assess current workflows and platforms (HRMS, ATS, LMS) to identify opportunities for API integrations, workflow automations or system upgrades
- Lead design, development and implementation of various AI agents and LLM models, and automation strategies for HR services including employee support, onboarding, attrition analysis and more
- Evaluate and deploy advances chatbots and conversational AI to improve employee engagement and HR service requests
- Identify technology gaps with global HR CoE Leaders and lead technical discovery workshops to translate opportunity areas into digital solution roadmaps
- Building automated, real-time HR dashboards, self-serve analytics platforms and data pipelines to provide actionable insights
- Champion digital adoption, support change management and advocate for technology solutions across global HR team
- Act as an advisor and thought partner to HR leadership to explore technologies (RPA, generative AI, predictive analytics) for potential adoption
What we are looking for:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related technical discipline from a reputed university
- 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML deployment or intelligent automation. Projects in HR function is good to have.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, R, Python) & tools like Power BI, SQL, AI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI)
- Experience in conversational AI, low-code platforms (Power automate, UiPath) Voice bots, chatbots , Gen AI , Virtual agents and omnichannel agents is highly desirable. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Problem solving and solution design mindset with deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture and cloud platforms
