FinAGG - Product Manager - Banking (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with business strategy across existing and new verticals.

- Identify platform gaps by working with customers, engineering, sales, and service teams; define and prioritize a long-term product roadmap.

- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align technical and non-functional requirements with product initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and coach product managers throughout the product lifecycle and agile development processes.

- Build and guide a strong design team focused on delivering a best-in-class UI/UX experience.

- Own the KPI dashboard for the product suite define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.

- Support Sales teams in pre-sales solutioning, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

- Continuously engage with key customers to gather feedback and influence product direction.

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in product management for business applications or banking enterprise software.

- Deep understanding of SaaS businesses, platform metrics, and growth levers.

- Proven experience managing multiple product lines and collaborating closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality releases.

- Highly organized with strong execution discipline zero tolerance for slippage on commitments.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Outstanding communication, listening, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
