Product Manager - BFSI (5-8 yrs)

Requirements:

- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of (or demonstrable ability to learn) lending market space.

- Proven experience heading large product(s).

- Thorough understanding of product management techniques and methods.

- Excellent Knowledge of product lifecycle, understanding of financial markets, and eagerness to learn.

- Excellent knowledge of Jira (be able to build dashboards in Jira).

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Own a product module throughout its lifecycle-from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.

- Analyze product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose data-driven solutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve system resilience and uptime management.

- Promote and optimize Net Promoter Score (NPS) best practices.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to drive product excellence.

- Conduct detailed data analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.

- Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.

- Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements based on market research and user feedback.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
