Product Manager - Escrow (2-8 yrs)

JOB Responsibilities:

1. Define, own, and deliver business-level objectives and product strategy for our Capital Market and Escrow Product infrastructure based on a deep understanding of customer needs, the product, and industry trends.

2. Develop and lead new product initiatives in our Capital Market & Escrow Business.

3. Digital adoption and transformation of the customer journeys and internal processes.

4. Deliver the right product at the right time, and all that entails.

5. Synthesize quantitative data analysis with qualitative user research results to make informed product decisions.

6. Apply strategic and critical thinking to identify new opportunities that will improve margin, lead to business growth and satisfy customer needs.

7. Define simple, generic solutions to ambiguous problems and outline the solutions via clear and executable product requirements.

8. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Business Units, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to simplify, ideate, develop and, launch new products, processes and features

9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines as released by RBI and SEBI from time to time and comply with the internal policies of the Bank.

11. Technical skills: thorough knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Prior experience in building digital solutions is preferred.

12. Project management skills: candidate must be highly organized and efficient; ability to effectively multi-task and adhere to daily time sensitive deadlines is critical.

13. Analytical skills: the ability to read, comprehend and interpret legal documents and contracts governing escrow accounts is required.

14. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
