About the Role:

We're hiring a National Sales Head to lead our lending business across India. The ideal candidate has startup experience, built from 0 to 1, and scaled FOS teams of 600-1000+. Exposure to both sales and collections is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own national disbursement and collection targets across lending products

- Build and lead a high-performing field team across geographies

- Expand distribution in Tier 2-5 towns and rural markets

- Set up scalable sales & collections processes with strong governance

- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Product, Collections & HR teams

- Drive tech adoption and data-led execution across teams

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years in lending; experience in both sales and collections

- Proven experience in early-stage / startup journeys

- Scaled and managed large FOS teams (600-1000+)

- Strong execution, process orientation, and people leadership
