- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements gathering.
- Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite
- Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
- Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like PL, BS, Workforce, Capex and Project planning and inter dependencies)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning features, including metadata management, data forms, business rules, calculations, and security settings.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in EPM Automation scripting
- Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EPM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EPM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions.
Requirements- Bachelordegree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including PBCS, EPBCS.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively and team members.
- Certification in Oracle EPM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Project management experience and skills.
