About the Role:We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Generative AI Lead to drive our AI innovation strategy and implementation. This role involves leading GenAI projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating across teams, and building intelligent solutions that transform user experiences, workflows, and product capabilities. As a GenAI Lead, you will play a key role in architecting and deploying advanced AI models, especially in the fields of NLP, LLMs, and multimodal AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions using LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, and other state-of-the-art techniques.Manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable and secure GenAI applications.Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and proprietary large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude).Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases.Integrate GenAI models into production systems ensuring efficiency, fairness, and reliability.Conduct POCs and prototypes for internal and client-facing solutions.Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and related fields.Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethics, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.Hands-on experience in fine-tuning models and building GenAI pipelines.Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and APIs.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.Experience with model evaluation, interpretability, and optimization.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
