Job Description
Position Title: Python Developer with Linux Expertise
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Mumbai/ Remote
Employment Type: Full Time
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Linux to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and tools, while also managing and optimizing Linux-based systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts.
Develop robust, reusable, and scalable code.
Work with Linux-based systems, including shell scripting, system administration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to deploy and maintain applications.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance and resource utilization.
Develop and maintain documentation for applications, scripts, and processes.
Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (if applicable).
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems, including shell scripting and administration.
Familiarity with common Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) is a plus.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Solid understanding of software development best practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have (Optional) Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
