Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Python (LLM, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Location: Pune
Experience: 1-2 Years

Working Day : Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and LlamaIndex, and be passionate about building cutting-edge AI systems that combine machine learning with advanced language models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex .
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines to enable efficient and scalable retrieval and generation workflows.
- Fine-tune and integrate large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral , etc.
- Build and maintain vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) for semantic search and context augmentation.
- Work with unstructured data (documents, PDFs, web data) to extract and process meaningful content for use in AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and backend engineers to deploy AI features into scalable production systems.
- Monitor performance of deployed models and pipelines; continuously improve based on feedback and usage analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI, prompt engineering, and open-source LLM tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python development for AI/ML applications.
- Solid understanding of large language models , prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
- Proficient with LangChain and LlamaIndex for building composable LLM workflows.
- Experience building RAG systems , including retrieval, chunking, embedding, and context injection.
- Familiarity with vector stores such as FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers , OpenAI, or similar model providers.
- Good understanding of REST APIs , microservices architecture, and deploying AI services in production.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.
- Experience with LangGraph , AutoGen , or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Working knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
- Understanding of data privacy , security , and ethical AI principles.
- Computer Vision
Qualification: BE/Btech/MCA/MSC
